2. Website operation

When you visit this website, technically necessary connection data such as your IP address, access time, requested page, browser and device information may be processed. This is necessary for secure and stable operation and is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

To protect forms from automated misuse, the sender address is irreversibly hashed with a secret value and used only within a short period to limit repeated submissions. Technical rate-limit records are deleted automatically.

3. Cookies and analytics

We do not use analytics, marketing or profiling cookies and do not use external audience measurement. Technically necessary storage, if any, is used solely for security and form functionality.

4. Enquiries and callbacks

We process details submitted by form, email or telephone to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual enquiries and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR for other requests. Data is deleted once it is no longer required and no statutory retention duties apply.

5. Applications

We process contact details, qualifications, professional experience, availability, messages and uploaded application documents for recruitment purposes. The legal bases are Section 26 BDSG and Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Application data and uploaded files not transferred to an employee file are automatically deleted no later than six months after receipt through the website. Statutory retention duties remain unaffected.

6. File uploads

Uploaded CVs are stored in a protected area. PDF and common Word files up to 8 MB are accepted. Please only provide documents required for your application.

7. Email notifications via Resend

We use the email delivery service Resend, provided by Plus Five Five, Inc., 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA, to notify our team about new form submissions. Form details and, for applications, an uploaded file may be transferred to Resend for delivery to our responsible mailbox. Depending on the request, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. For transfers to the USA, Resend states that it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and, additionally, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. A data processing agreement must be concluded with Resend.

8. Other recipients

Access is limited to employees who need the data to handle your request. Selected hosting and IT providers may process data on our behalf. Disclosure to a prospective client or assignment company takes place only where required and legally permitted.

9. Your rights

Subject to the legal requirements, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time for the future. Contact info@gp-jobs.de.

10. Security and updates

We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. Data is transmitted via encrypted HTTPS. This policy is updated when processing activities, services or legal requirements change.
